Join us at PHCC of California’s home office located at 1820 Tribute Road Suite A in Sacramento for a night of wine, appetizers and art with fellow PHCC members. Local artist Takia Meacham will guide you through a easy step-by-step painting project of the Sacramento Skyline featuring the golden Tower Bridge that is yours to keep! The Underground Wine Tasting Room is located on the original level in Historic Old Sacramento. Come see and learn how Sacramento lifted itself up out of the flood waters during the 1860s and 1870s! Tour guides explain how the streets and buildings were “Jacked Up!” to avoid further flooding as visitors explore two spaces that were created by the city’s successful raising process. Tour departs from the Sacramento History Museum at 101 I Street in Old Sacramento. This tour is reserved for PHCC convention attendees only. Space is limited, so reserve your spot today.
