CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All paid cancellations must be sent in writing via fax, email (phccwest@caphcc.org) or regular mail. No penalty for cancellations received in writing on or before 60 days prior to the first day of convention. A cancellation fee of 50% of registration fee, plus a $25 fee for cancellations received 59 - 31 days prior the first day of convention. No refunds will be accepted after March 30, 2024, no exceptions. Refunds will be mailed post convention within 10 business days.
