Full Registrants receive access to all educational sessions, the tabletop showcase, mixers, and receptions.
Social Guests are welcome to attend receptions, mixers, and the tabletop showcase; however, they do not have access to the educational sessions.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to phccwest@caphcc.org or by mail to 1820 Tribute Road, Suite A, Sacramento, CA 95815. A minimum processing fee of $25 applies to all cancellations.
Cancellations received 60 days prior to the first day of the convention are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee, less the $25 processing fee. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after April 15, 2026. Due to contractual obligations, no exceptions will be made.
