The candidate speeches for the 2024/2025 Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association of California (PHCC of CA) Board of Directors will be presented, accompanied by deliberations on pertinent resolutions, where applicable. How to Understand & Navigate Cal/OSHA Regulations & Citations

Bruce Wick has dealt with Cal/OSHA rulemaking, enforcement, and its citation appeal process for over 20 years. This session will give a clear, real world overview on how contractors can prepare and respond to Cal/OSHA regulations and investigations. Review of Cal/OSHA rulemaking process, and the latest regulations to content with. We will dive into a overview of Cal/OSHA’s investigation policy and procedures.
